Pregnancy and Birth Support.

As your birth doula, I will walk with you every step of the way on your pregnancy and birth journey. Together, we will dream up your ideal birth plan, practice comfort measures and positions for laboring, and prepare your world to welcome your newborn. On Baby Day, I will be your unwavering guide, anchor, cheerleader, and personalized “Google” to help you navigate the whole process.

working with me includes:

  • Unlimited text and email support from the time of hire until 6 weeks postpartum

  • Two in-home prenatal planning sessions to prepare for baby’s arrival, plus an optional 3rd virtual prenatal visit

  • A customizable birth plan, along with several other downloads to support birth and postpartum preparation.

  • 24/7 On-call availability from 37 weeks onward

  • Continuous labor support throughout the duration of your birth and up to two hours after delivery. This may be in your home, at your birthing location, or both.

  • One, in-home postpartum check in and birth reflection meeting

  • Typed birth notes, including a detailed timeline of your birth

  • Open invitation to join a private weekly walking group for more face time with your doula and community building with other expecting families

  • Optional add-on sessions: kitchen witch postpartum meal prep; comfort measures & labor movement exploration
