Growing a human sparks a million questions and unknowns - I am here with evidenced-based information and a compassionate ear for all pregnant people and their families. Our prenatal work together focuses on envisioning your dream birth and preparing for any and all surprises along the way.
Birth
When Baby Day arrives, I will be by your side the entire way. I can help slow things down when they feel chaotic and normalize things when they feel strange. I support your partner in supporting you, and provide a steady, grounded presence as you welcome your little one earthside.
Postpartum
You just had a baby. You’re sleep deprived, figuring out breastfeeding, and feeling alllllll the feelings. I’m here to cook you a hot meal, soothe your baby back to sleep, or listen to your birth story. I’ll meet you where you’re at, wherever that may be.

I have been drawn toward birthwork for as long as I can remember. To bear witness to the magic and power of birth, and to be welcomed as a trusted guide into the birth space, is one of my greatest honors.
